Why can’t I find my existing Facebook page in my connection settings? What should I do?
If you’ve already made sure that the page exists but this still happens, it is probably because your page authorization is not set up correctly, or only parts of the page is authorized. Log out of your YOCTOL.AI account and log in again. Go to Settings
-> Connect
, and click on Press to connect to Facebook account
. Proceed to finish the process of authorization to have the existing Facebook page in your connection settings.
Go to Facebook “<Apps and Websites>” or “<Business Integrations>” and remove YOCTOL.AI.
Return to YOCTOL.AI to complete authorization.
Go to Settings
-> FB/LINE
-> Press to connect to Facebook account
. You will be able to find your Facebook page.
Please go through all steps of authorization (2 steps). Do not close the window without finishing to prevent incomplete authorization.
