# Default Reply

You can define your chatbot’s **`default reply on the Dialogue page`** on YOCTOL.AI. When a customer’s message is beyond the knowledge scope of your bot, your bot will send the default reply back to the customer.

The default reply message is not removable, but you can edit or disable it.
